Explaining the mortgage contract

Once we have found the right home financing solution for you – at Sleep Easy Financial we call the solution your Sleep Easy Mortgage - we will meet with you as many times as needed so you’re completely comfortable with the solution and understand all the details. A mortgage is a complicated product and the mortgage contract is, at the very minimum, twenty-one pages long so there is a lot to know. Part of our commitment to you is to ensure you have a complete understanding of what’s in your mortgage contract. This includes explaining how your prepayment penalties will be calculated as well as your payment options. After all, how else will you know you've received your Sleep Easy Mortgage if you aren’t even aware of what’s in it?
